ARE THERE ANY PRE-REQUISITES?
- No, the course is open to all, however if you do not have a degree in exercise science you will have to take an additional part dedicated to physiology, anatomy and training in general

- The course is in On-line mode with the possibility of booking a one-to-one appointment with a master trainer who will assist you throughout.
- The course is divided into 4 areas:
1- youth training theory and methodology
2- practical exercises
3- didactics and teaching technique
