EQUIPMENT and FACILITIES
In terms of equipment, if you have a space dedicated to functional training, you will probably only need to buy small equipment, because you will already have everything you need. It is not a method based on specific equipment, and moreover you can freely buy new material from year to year to increase the number of exercises or to differentiate. We're talking jump ropes, balance boards, jumping boxes, climbing ropes, bars or rings for suspension, mats, chines, cones.....
TRAINING
It depends on the number of people to be trained and the type of training you want (in-person, online, blended...), in any case training starts from €499 to €2500
